As a designer of fitness equipment, it’s extremely important for Balanced Body to ensure their equipment is safe and runs smoothly for every customer. When they were in need of hinges to accompany their designs, particularly for the EXO® Chair, Marlboro Manufacturing was the solution.
Solution:
The EXO® Chair from Balanced Body® provides a compact way to get in a full-body workout for ultimate strength training. There are two versions of this chair available, one with a split pedal and one with a single pedal. Because the chair has a pedal feature that can be adjusted by springs, a reliable hinge is required to ensure smooth movement and stability. Marlboro Manufacturing supplies Balanced Body with nickel-plated continuous hinges that act as foot pedal hinges. These hinges are black powder coated for a more polished look and we supply them in varying sizes—six inches and 17 inches.
In addition to the continuous hinges we supply to Balanced Body, we also supply other types of hinges to many equipment manufacturers, such as industrial strength strap hinges and indestructible butt hinges.
